Meet the Operators

A collection of proven operators that put in the work to save startups.

Not just consultants. Not just advisors. Operators.

Our operators have seen dozens of turnarounds, hundred of exits, and have been the ones slogging their way to these outcomes. They have expertise, but also resources and expansive networks that they can deploy in any project.

OpsAssembly assembles your team of operators based on playbook and availability.

Our Mission

To save startup value from going to waste.

Our Values

Operations, Not Advice
The work doesn’t end with the right answer. We get our hands dirty to implement it.

Respect the Runway
We respect that remaining cash is a scarce and finite resource for our clients.

The Power of Patterns
Unless you’ve been there, it’s hard to know what’s next. We’re a collective of operators that have led startups through thick and thin.

A diverse group of professionals collaborating with laptops and tablets in a modern office setting.

The Story Behind OpsAssembly

Before starting OpsAssembly, our founder had been talking to distressed startups almost daily for years. In most cases, the pathway out  was clear, but the solutions to help just didn’t exist.

That’s because turnarounds are cross-functional and heavily operational. You can’t get there with a point solution or a consultant.

OpsAssembly was born to provide struggling startups with top operators, across functions, who are willing to dig in with more than just advice.

Not sure what’s next?
Start by sharing your situation.

Describe where your startup is stuck and see which experienced operators can help.
